It has come to my attention that the site has been down for some time, probably since before Christmas 2004.
This was as a result of "NeverEverNoSanity WebWorm", which infection in turn was a result of inadequate server security at Portland.co.uk.
Portland didn't alert users to the fact their sites had been compromised, and nor do they take any responsibility. All HTML documents from the root of this site were destroyed, but Portland chose to hide behind a clause in their T&C claiming no responsibility for the site's data integrity, even where the damage was a clear result of their error, or in this case failure to protect the data.
I apologise for not spotting this problem sooner; the static "reference" nature of the site means I don't check back as often as I could. I have now moved the domain to a different ISP (34sp.com) and will reconstruct the site in the next week or two.
